Zeenext is the Costliest and the pathetic internet service provider. I have taken the zeenext internet connection and have suffered a lot. It's a pre-paid service and you need to charge the subscription every month like how you charge your mobile pre-paid subscription. My experience with ZeeNext has been a disaster. For days I was unable to connect to their servers. First, I was not surprised since I got disconnected frequently. I signed up for ZeeNext few days back and I had problems from the outset. First the lines they provide are never answered or busy - had picked four!! So, I called customer service. I am from Bangalore, India and I got the ZeeNext broadband account 3 months back...The package I got was the 1 month unlimited package for Rs.615...inital payment of Rs.3000(non - refundable). thro Cable TV operatror.....for the 1st 20 days the account was working well and the download speeds were 7 - 8 Kilo bytes.After that it has been like 20 - 24 kbps which is lesser than dial up.
