Thoughtless method of boarding passengers.

My wife and I flew from Spokane to Nashville on June 13th and returned on the 21st. We were required to board 2 planes in each direction. My wife was assined #2 and I was assighned #3 and #4 which meant my 73 year old wife had to board without my assistance and had to manhandle her carry on baggage into the rack above by herself. It is pure stupidity to break up families in the boarding process. Read more »

My son is in the US Army and is about to deploy to Iraq for the 2nd time. We had not saw him in almost 2 years until Easter of 2007. I booked him on a round-trip flight WEEKS IN ADVANCE via United Airlines. We chose a flight that had a brief 35 minute stop in Chicago. He was flying to Peoria, IL from Fort Carson, CO on April 6, 2007. Read more »

I booked a United flight from DEN to SFO in late December. Immediately after booking (less than 5 minutes), I realized that my return trip was in first class. I wanted coach and didn't catch that. I canceled my flight, was charged a $100 change fee (my penalty for being stupid) and re-booked the ticket in coach both ways. The difference in fares (after the $100 fee) was $300. Read more »
