For the past year or so my monthly charges for phone and internet with Telus have been the same until suddenly on my Sept/08 bill I noticed an extra month's charge for the internet. Contacting the womderful Telus customer service I was informed the extra charge was for a "Syatem Error" that occured back in Sept /07. Yes... a year ago. No letter. No phone call. Read more »
