NEVER RECEIVED REBATE NOR EXPLANATION NOR HELP

November 8, 2007 I sent for rebates on phones we received. They said we would receive our rebate in 6 to 8 weeks. Rebate was never received or never received in the form of a check, which we expected. We have never got anything for a rebate to the best of our knowledge nor have we cashed or used anything. Turned our service off without warning

On January 3, 2008, our small business phone line in our home was shut off without warning by AT&T because the December, 2007 bill had not been paid yet (the last payment was for November 15, 2007 bill). When I called to inquire we were on hold for 30 minutes and HAD to have the 3 digit number (shown on your phone bill) before they would even talk to you. Read more »

why did I think I was signing up for the $24.99 service a month for internet service.... I did say two times that is what I wanted....after the bill came in I was signed up for the 34.99 service............which I over looked and said fine........no biggy........didn't call or complain.... Why do we have to dial 1-630

Why do we have to dial 1-630 when we are in the 630 area code? Ant chance they get, ATT makes ur lives mor miserable.
lousy customer service and everything else!

I should have known better when I waited 45 minutes TWICE (the first time they hang up on me after approx 45 mns on hold) before placing an order for a dish network that the company was bad news. The sales person was pretty friendly but it turned out that whatever she told me was erroneous. Read more »

We have contacted AT and T every time we have wrongly been billed. they have not been authorized to be our LD or home service. We have paid the bills (the last 3) because they have forced us to do this. They have avoided our complaints and yet, still continue to bill us. Read more »
Overcharge on collect calls

My son stationed in Germany for a month before being sent to Iraq, made 4 collect calls home totally 116 minutes, cost of the bill $432.18. I have tried for two months to talk to someone about the "overcharge" and each time get the same person(s). Who tell me they can not discount the bill nor can their supervisor. Read more »

International phone calls charged by these hotel too high, for making couple of call to India, i was charged 1400 dollars, which is more than my room charges for complete month and my flight charges from India to California.

Disabled ability to send an e-mail

The new format of AT&T of my web page for some reason caused the internet explorer to relate "an error has been encountered and you have been disconnected from the internet" when I try to send an e-mail. If I have to spend an hour or more trying to correct the problem with someone from India that I cannot understand, I think I'm going to switch to another service. Read more »
Overcharge bills and lousy customer sevice!!!

-I got roaming charge when I'm not even outside the city I live! And when I contacted customer service to found out what's going, they claims that I might go somewhere outside my wireless coverage and I forgot about it???? That's impossible if they really LOOK at the records! Since I got roaming charge 700 miles away at the same day and I can make call within my city the next minute??? Read more »

AT&T and their continuous transfers

I have been fighting with AT&T for months now about credits that have been owed to me since May 07'. During this wait they cut off my internet service due to prolonged balance. I kept this balance because of the credits I was told would appear in 2 to 3 months on my bill. I paid the balance just to have my service reconnected and later investigate the issue. Read more »
Overcharged For AT&T Long Distance Service

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I cancelled their service three months ago and they continued to send me bills even though the land line had already been cancelled. When I called to complain, I would be placed on holld for up to 20 minutes at a time. They claimed that they could not find a request to cancel the service . Read more »

lousy customer service, no call-back, holding

horrible. the supervisors and employees don't have a clue as to what their jobs are about. i can't get a phone line installed. they don't care about honoring the times they tell you they will send a technician to your home. then they tell you a different time everytime you call and this is after holding forever and a day. After months of trying (direct dialing) to reach a number in Tomball TX, all we get is line has been dis-connected...Today we called information and asked for the phone number of Edward Murgatroyd in Tomball TX...I was given the same number tha AT&T has been telling me on our direct calling is "no longer in service.
