I would reckon anyone trying to place order through phone / fax to SETON AU to think twice.

SETON AU has the most crappy customer service. If you can find better supplier, forget about getting anything from them.

At first, I faxed my order & followed up with a call. They asked me to call back 15min later (they claimed that's the time it takes for the order to reach their e-mail system). Read more »
