I am being supplying Engg. Consumables to Amtek Auto Ranjangaon unit since Jan 2008. I have supplied Matl. of Rs. 1,68,000 till date, but company is not responding well for bill clearing.They have given me PO's on which they mentioned payment term of 30 days, which they never followed in past. They have even stopped taking material from me. In this case I want to realese my whole outstandings.
