Service department decided to shut off the cable box after talking to a lady, I guess she didn't like what I had to say about the service so while I was on the phone with her she disconnected the box to the cable. How imature can you get?

Comcast clowns screwed up a simple transfer of service order. THEIR employee then claimed he COULD NOT report broken connection housing box in front lawn, near sidewalk. He was a lazy liar. After TWO promises to replace their unsightly, broken, housing they failed to do so - despite the fact it was hazard since wasps were creating nests inside. Read more »

I have been a customer of Comcast for many years, In the last year we have had nothing but unstable services from Comcast, we have reported the outages respectively, On several occasions technicians have come to my house on several occasions, and every time the result is the same. Read more »

DVR Service to Increase for Research!

A recent Comcast customer letter dated August, 2007, states that we will be paying an additional $3.00 per month for High-Definition DVR services. This is NOT an increase for service costs, oh no, but an incurred charge for "increased investments we're [Comcast] making in technology". Comcast means to say that they are charging customers for their own internal Research and Development (R&D). Read more »

Chronic tiling on all digital channels

Since Comcast took over from Time-Warner, we have had freguent tiling on all digital channels. We have had numerous service calls, many with different explanations of the problem. On June 11, the tiling was as bad as ever. I called for a serviceman on that date and was told the earliest would be June 14, in the afternoon. Read more »

Since Comcast took over for Adelphia, our service in the Colorado Springs/Monument area has been horrible. Our "high speed" internet, digital cable and Vonage (VOIP) phone have suffered irreparably. No real corrective action has been taken and our bill is due to increase, due to Adelphia fees being lower than Comcast charges. Read more »

Comcast tried to triple charge me

So, I love the fact that you can bundle your services, Cable, Internet and Phone. For those that live in Colorado, Comcast has a triple deal, signup for all three services and get each one for $33 a month. Well, I have been using Comcast for years now and I decided I would get a phone line added to my Cable and Internet. I called them up and asked to receive the new deal. Read more »
