An ATT Uverse tech came out to hardwire my internet because of multiple problems with their wireless system. He ended up killing the phone to the whole house and drilling multiple holes in the walls before finally coming up with a solution that worked. Of course, he didn't patch the holes, clean up his mess, or even say goodbye. Read more »
