DVR Service to Increase for Research!

A recent Comcast customer letter dated August, 2007, states that we will be paying an additional $3.00 per month for High-Definition DVR services. This is NOT an increase for service costs, oh no, but an incurred charge for "increased investments we're [Comcast] making in technology". Comcast means to say that they are charging customers for their own internal Research and Development (R&D). Read more »
