My wife and I flew from Spokane to Nashville on June 13th and returned on the 21st. We were required to board 2 planes in each direction. My wife was assined #2 and I was assighned #3 and #4 which meant my 73 year old wife had to board without my assistance and had to manhandle her carry on baggage into the rack above by herself.
