I signed up for ZeeNext few days back and I had problems from the outset. First the lines they provide are never answered or busy - had picked four!! So, I called customer service. The lady with an accent from South India said she would connect me to Technical support and if they have to work on the issue then i will be charged for that and this call will also be charged.
