I've ordered a milkshake from the Glendale, CA Baskin Robbins on two separate occasions. They are so milked down, they're useless. The taste is almost gone. No straw is needed, the stuff flows like water. No thickness anywhere. Buying a large for an extra dollar, apparently, only means more milk. I, too, seem to have lost over $100 by attempting to do business with SellBackBooks.com. Instead of wasting bricks, I suggest lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org). If they get enough complaints about this one company, perhaps they will lodge a formal investigation against them.

When I send yahoo e-mail addresses, they say I have transient non-fatal errors in address. I recieve messages from the person without any difficulty. Wondering what is going on with Yahoo that they will not accept or deliver the e-mail sent.
