Zeenext-ZeeAccess-WWIL Broadband is crap

After using R-connect (Reliance Mobile’s Internet Service) for about 6 months, which is time based, I wanted to have an always-on Internet connection. That was when I decided to switch to ZeeNext. I did not research much before signing up for ZeeNext as I was lured towards its free installation scheme in my area, wherein you pay Rs.3,300 (Approx.) and get 6 months of unlimited access @64 kbps (Installation Charges included). Also ZeeNext was available in my area.
Signing up for ZeeNext was really easy. First I took their number from a friend, and gave them a call at around 11 in the morning. Now here was what I liked. They took my number promptly and said that they’ll be calling me back. They didn’t keep me on hold even for a second! In the evening at around 5 I got their call and they took my address. Now guess what?
Next day morning, at around 11, their sales representative was at my place. I made the payment and he promised me the connection within 8 days.
Well, 8 days seemed a long time but all I could do was wait. However I got the connection on the 5th day itself. Now I was going to experience the real thing which I was anxious to know about i.e. the quality and speed of the connection.
I was delighted with it initially! And then the nightmare started. I realised that i was getting the speed of 5-6 kbps with lot of disconnections! This was comparatively much worst than my R-connect service which though had a speed 144 kbps and I mostly got a stable speed with an average of 50 kbps. After my use of around 10 days, their service was almost down every day and there was no response from customer service after my repeated calling.
ZeeNext is crap. Also they cut down and restrict Ur speed at nights when its free unlimited. The customer service is pathetic.... yes I do agree they are very prompt when it comes to collection of payments.
