ZeeNext internet service provided by the franchise called KALGIDHAR Videos is probably one of the worst ISPs you could possibly have.

ZeeNext along with KALGIDHAR is an awful ISP. The service is poor, slow, disconnects a peak times and sometimes down forever. There is no proper customer support.

I stay in Bangalore, near Old Madras Road (Nagvarpalya) where the ZeeNext service is provided to me by a local cable operator called KALGIDHAR Videos and a person called Akbar who works for them and who never responds to your calls. If at all the call is answered you need to wait for minimum 4 to 5 hours before he shows interest into it. At some times you get an answer from him saying that he do not like to disturb in the morning, and like to sleep as his day starts only after 10:30am to 11:00 am. Also they do not have power backup to support their servers and need to call Akbar at least 5 times to bring up the server if it is down or to rectify the problem. If the problem occurs after 6:00 pm, you can never expect the system to be up before next day around 11:00am when Akbar’s day starts. Also to recharge the internet service you need to personally walk in to KALGIDHAR videos minimum 10 days in advance and pay them so they can somehow struggle to get the swift recharge card for you, else you can be happy without internet connection for days.....

Another important thing is that their network doesn’t support Wireless router. Whenever someone starts the router, their network slows down and finally the main server goes down. When the customer service is asked about this every time you get the same answer that your system/router contains virus. Many times without informing me they have disconnected/unplugged my internet connection suspecting that I am using the Wireless router. Since they do not configure more than one MAC ID, you have to use either your office laptop or your home pc for internet.... forever.... You have no choice of using router as well, since their network doesn’t support the router.

No Technical support from ZeeNext, as on the phone line you get is put through to a person who is like an operator rather than a technical person who asks for your id and who takes a callback number, but never calls you back. Most of the time the customer support representative are clueless and unable to give any explanation for the problem or the reason for delay in service. The guys on their phone lines are quite polite and friendly but have clearly no idea what is going on "behind the scenes". The status on their website usually shows no problem even when you can’t get into them!! Unsatisfactory service all round.

It is now once again I am out of service with no explanation and I can’t even take a very fast step to sign up with a more reliable providers like Airtel, BSNL and others, since ZeeNext along with KALGIDHAR Videos has signed a contract with my apartment owners who do not allow other ISP’s to enter the premises.

ZeeNext is a complete waste of space, they do not seem to know how to run a trouble-free service and my advice would be to stay well clear and do not go anywhere near this company.
