worst service ever - lied - left house a mess -

ATT sold us on going with their Uverse system, phones and high speed internet. The told us numerous times we can get you the same email address, but better to get Gmail so it is easier to change carriers when you want/need to. (that should have been my first clue! ) FIRST BIG LIE ! No issues with boxes for your 5 tvs, we control everything thru one box. (did not inform us that yes it is one large controler box, with a box at each TV) BIG LIE !
We asked for a Mac person ATT no problem, We asked again about the email address. ATT sales told us ATT would fully support and get us into Gmail, plus monitor the our email address for two months for free and than it would only cost us $1.00 per month to maintain - if we want to do so. OTHER BIG LIE !
Stayed home on a Sunday - tech came out show him our systems and asked "Do you know how MAC's work? Tech - no clue ! Spoke with his manager YES it stated on the order the Tech had to understand MAC's. Wasted the better part of the day - NO SERVICE I was told sorry, but we will get this right. We said OK and again went thru our email issues. ATT NO PROBLEM WE CAN DO THIS ! OTHER BIG LIE !
ATT comes out on a sat all day - tech does know mac's after no signal at the house box, ATT finally start to hook up the TV's and we asked again about the email Tech call tier 2 support - can not do ! Tech leaves house a mess - boxs, wires and some tools left behind. We said cancel and pick it all up and put back in same order. ATT said will do Monday - waited all day - NO SHOW ! Called numerous times hopefully they come Tuesday to pick up ATT junk and put house back together. The complaint dogs, will not let you speak to management - who pays for the mess and wasted three days - stress - not TV service do to unhooking Comcast lines ! ATT - sucks big time !
