Been dealing with them for about 6 years now. Have given them everything they've asked for. And they still do NOTHING.
Well, I finally figured out what I've been doing wrong. So, should you have to deal with the US Government this is what you do:
1. Make sure you have Cake and Ice Creme for them.
2. Party Favors.
3. Any paperwork make sure it's gift wrapped.
4. Have a pony.
5. Have a clown.
6. Have Pin the Tail on the Donkey
7. Have tissue paper to wipe their little noses.
8. Have toilet paper to wipe their little bottoms.
9 Have a box of condoms so you can do their wives.
9.a. If the wife wants to have a real man's child, don't wear the condom.
