On Aug 10, 2008 I had AT&T Uvers installed, at that time I was getting 2 HD streams, On Oct 2, 2008 the changed out my DVR do to problems with the old on. With the installation of the new box I lost my 2nd HD strems, I now only have 1 HD steam, and when I order it I was told that I would have 2 HD steam. I have contated AT&T daily about the issure and they tell me they are working on the problem but that my area is only set-up for 1 HD steam. I keep telling them I had two, now only have one, the say it is a badwith issure that I am only getting 19 badwith and need 25. The technation came out to my house do lose of service on Thursday Oct 23, 20089 and checked my badwith and said I was getting a 25 badwith and that I sould be betting 2 HD steams. AT&T tells me one thing and their technican tell me an other.
