Uverse Tech kills phone ATT tech won't fix

An ATT Uverse tech came out to hardwire my internet because of multiple problems with their wireless system. He ended up killing the phone to the whole house and drilling multiple holes in the walls before finally coming up with a solution that worked. Of course, he didn't patch the holes, clean up his mess, or even say goodbye. He just left out the back door saying he would be outside a while and later we saw he had left.
A Uverse tech came over 2 days later to fix another problem he created and fixed the holes.
However, it is Thursday and we still have no phone service. ATT techs have called once today at 10am while I was in a meeting at work. He acted like he was on his way and I said no you are scheduled between 4 and 6pm. At 5pm there was no one and I was nervous. I've had someone supposed to come each day this week and they all no showed. I call and they say he will be here by 6pm. I call back at 6:30pm and the person says I'm scheduled for tomorrow. After being on hold for quite a while she comes back and says I've always been scheduled for Friday. After insisting and bringing up the 510pm call she finally sees that the technician closed the call for today and opened another one for tomorrow. No phone call, no notice, anything. My cell phone died before I could finish going off and tell her to cancel everything.
I had people scheduled for after 4 on Tuesday. Nothing. Call late that night after giving them plenty of time and no one at the call center knows anything. We make sure they have our cell #'s and tell them to call before coming out. During my call today I found someone came out at 10am Wed and found no one home. Gee imagine that. No call, not scheduled with us. How surprising.
I've had it with ATT. I just want my phone lines fixed so I can cancel my phone without having messed up wiring in my walls.

I have had similar problems...install for oct 7th...half ass job. No phone, no tv, no internet. After numerous calls and run around a tech was scheduled for the 13th of Oct. Alas...a no show. No call. No anthing..including my phone. After many more calls.....scheduled to fix (?) problem on the 28th of Oct. I informed them that their two dvr boxes etc would be on the front porch to pick up at that time.
Thier service dept is one big joke.
