why did I think I was signing up for the $24.99 service a month for internet service.... I did say two times that is what I wanted....after the bill came in I was signed up for the 34.99 service............which I over looked and said fine........no biggy........didn't call or complain....
but when I try for 7 hours to get on the internet and nothing happens.........I do feel angry.........did you take any amount off my bill?........no ...it will be the same...even though I pay for this service to work 24/7........and I don't get the service........

but if I were late paying .........guess what...you would disconnect me ...right!!!!!!!!!! well after several times of not being able to get my servive on the internet I've had enough.........I will be looking at another altertive...
I've had this phone service since 1976.........internet for a little over a year..........I understand there are times that services go down...........but never does the amount of the bill...
if you can't provide the service then take that amount off the bill each month........I'm sure who ever I decide to go with will be the same way........but maybe there's works better than yours and I don't get lied to up front........I trusted in bellsouth...now at&t which I discontinued your service from my phone in the 1980's and haven't miss it yet..........
