slamming my phone and charging me

We have contacted AT and T every time we have wrongly been billed. they have not been authorized to be our LD or home service. We have paid the bills (the last 3) because they have forced us to do this. They have avoided our complaints and yet, still continue to bill us. We have not resolved the issue so we are filing with the BBB and FCC and anything else we can do to quit this illegal act they push off on their consumers. It is very wrong and they know it. When we try to speak to them, the customer service phone calls last for several hours...and who's paying for the usage of these calls? and when trying to email them...i get the run a round. if anyone has the complaint email address please forward it to favored2win@yahoo.com. thank you. we have filed with the FCC.
