I have been with Cingular for about seven years, never really had a problem with my services, well at&t comes in and blam!!! first month have a problem with billing somehow i got a cell phone bill fro $1600.00 and its since at&t took over, had to get my sons phone exchanged and they upgraded it to this fancy lg400 phone and we had blocks put on the system so he could not get on the internet or anything other that texting!
we this phone connects you to the internet way to easy if you close the phone and hit this button it connects you and you dont realize it until you get this freeking bill! then you call regarding the bill and they do nothing to help you!!! i have 5 phones and i will disconnecting them all and my business account will be switching also and family and friends this is rediculess!!!
