I was a Cellular One (Dobson) customer from 2000 on. The coverage in the NW MN area where I live was quite good--I nearly always had coverage and had very few dropped calls. My plan had no roaming charges US-wide (Cell One used the ATT network). Last year AT&T Wireless (just after it changed back from Cingular) bought Dobson-Cellular One. Since then, the coverage in my home area has deteriorated to the point where more often than not I do not have coverage and the majority of my connections are dropped. This is in and around my home, where with Cell One I had excellent coverage.

I have complained to the local ATT Wireless retail center, and have been told that things will improve, but they only get worse!! Can anything be done??
