My wife purchased a leather sofa set from ashley and sales man
assured us that although it is floor sample it has no more deffects except those pointed out by him and recorded on sales receipt and these were very minor . after two days we received
a call from Ashley that they wanted to deliver furniture as early as possible my wife agreed and they deivered whole sofa set almost a week earlier.Just after 15 minutes when the delivery men left my wife saw tht sofa is ripping of specially the love seat and the leather of entire sofa is brittle and ripping simply by touching it . Now the reason for early and panicky delivery is obvious.My wife called several times and on every occasion she get answer that upper management having a meeting no proper response yet.
