My husband and I bought a truck from a Ford dealership. We did not know it had a salvaged title. We took the truck back, they sent it to the bank, who in return sold it for half the amount owed. We were billed the balance.
We hired a DUD attorney who didn't do anything but collect his fee.
The dealership went bankrupt, the attorney won't return calls, and the bank
just filed a lawsuit against us. We tried to contact Ford Headquarters and
all we get is an automated email response.....Sorry can't help you, contact the dealership, duh, they don't exist anymore. What a rip off....
I have owned fords all my life....That is about to change....
