My name is puneet ashokkumar goel. i was working for IL&FS investsmart ltd from may 2006- till jan 2007. under the pay-roll of mafoi consultants. I had submitted my pf refund form to then in APRIL 2007. but in APRIL 2007 they informed me that they have not received my form. later i went to their office and resubmitted my new form in JAN 2008. that time they assured me that i will received by refund by APRIL 2008. but they are still clueless about the status of my form. i have being following up again and again but they have become so shameless that they dont want to refund the deputee money nor want to help them in any way. they are just concern till the time they are getting their own consultant fee for not doing anything.
