Rebates and Customer Service

about

Purchased complete package home phone and wirless service with this purchase was suppose to receive back $100 gift cards for two phones purchased in March 07. Have made numerous calls to the AT&T rebate line and each time get told that the paperwork for the letters to come to me for instructions on what to do for processing the gift cards which would take an additional five to six weeks from that process. It now appears if I get any rebate at all that it will have taken about six months. Since having these phones I've had more dropped calls in two weeks then I did with my previous company in anothre State for the last seven years. Also the number I have with AT&T must not have been deactivated very long from the previous user because I constantly get calls for that person, nice way for my minutes to be used up. I would not recommend AT&T to anyone as a service provider. No one that I've talked with at AT&T customer service seems to care about my problem.
