Comcast clowns screwed up a simple transfer of service order. THEIR employee then claimed he COULD NOT report broken connection housing box in front lawn, near sidewalk. He was a lazy liar. After TWO promises to replace their unsightly, broken, housing they failed to do so - despite the fact it was hazard since wasps were creating nests inside. It took SEVERAL more calls to get the clowns out here to replace the box. A month later one of our CSPAN channels "disappeared". Should I have been surprised to learn it was bumped to a service category that required MORE MONEY. Can anyone explain the difference between ComCrap and white collar criminals.
