My children (mixed but blend in with the rest of the State) and my friend (African American) went to Baskin Robbins on 5/2/08. The staff refused to service them. My children are young and are confused since this is the first time this has happened to them. It is not my friend's first time. They attempted to get the staff's attention but could not. After the third, "Excuse me" they still were not served. Ironically other customers that walked in after them were serviced immediately. The staff was not deaf, blind, or handicapped physically in anyway to prevent them from serving. They were only handicapped in the mind.
