Poor Customer Service

The staff at 4152 Atlanta Hwy, Loganville, GA 30052 location has lack of customer service understanding. I have visited this location in the past and was met with sub par customer service in various forms, but this time was the last straw. The clerk refused to take my 10 dollar bill because she didn't have change for a bill of that size. After 10-15 minutes she finally accepted my money and provided change. Ten to fifteen minutes of arguing with a store full of people over a 10 dollar bill!!! Totally outragous!
I have been a loyal customer of Baskin Robbins since I was a child, but now I feel otherwise.
