Payment taken without my Authorisation

I was a three customer under a contract of 18 months.I have faced many problems while i was a customer. Every month i have some or the other complaints of overcharging my account without any reason and then getting appologies and refunds back. There was always a long wait for the refunds and many more in the list. I think i made the worst desicion to subscribe to 3 and i am still suffering from it even though i am not a member any more.

3 has taken money from my account without any authorisation from my side and there were problems in termination of contract and as promised by the staff imy pament should be back into my account on 21st of septmeber but i haven't recieved it yet and because of that i have faced many problems.

I have called three many times and given a new contact number to call me but i haven't recieved any call It is disgusting and i am now going to file a case against three and need a compensation of all the troubles i have gone through.
