Overcharged For AT&T Long Distance Service

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I cancelled their service three months ago and they continued to send me bills even though the land line had already been cancelled. When I called to complain, I would be placed on holld for up to 20 minutes at a time. They claimed that they could not find a request to cancel the service . They suggested that it appear to be an error somehwre and that they simpathize with me, but if I did not pay the bill within a week, I would be refered to a collection agency.
I tried talking to a supervisor to no avail.

I totally agree..I didnt have atnt even a month..never once could even get on the internet..i called an called for help and all they did was transfer me from person to person cause know one knew how to help me.the manager told me to loose my attitude and hung up on me..I am beyond pissed..finally got it canceled then i was told dont worry about paying for any services since i never really had any.they said send back you modems and we will be squared away.got charged 30 bucks.called back got it taken off then two months later they $111.00 out of my account..its freaking bull crap..im so mad!!!!!
the same thing happened to me I had my land line turned off after 3 weeks of service because they gave out my # to telemarketers, before i had even had a chance to call any one i was receiving calls from people selling things or telling me i won a vacation needless to say they put me on hold forever transferred me to other people and are by far some of the rudest people Ive spoke with. one top of all of that i received a bill after they sent me a final bill its almost like there waiting for a class action law suit.
