I went to BR last weekend with my 5 y/o nephew. He got a pre-made ice cream treat that he was very happy with. On the other hand, I was not at all happy with mine. I ordered the Chocolate Oreo Shake. The one I got looked nothing like the photos and posters. It was runny, unchocolatey-looking and tasted like it had been made mostly of milk. There was no "decadent hot fudge, topped with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle and crushed Oreo Cookie pieces". It only filled the container barely 3/4 of the way. I tried going to their website but there is no way to submit a complaint online. I paid $6.81 for a cone with a scoop of strawberry ice cream and a poor quality Oreo drink. I think I'll go to DQ from now on. At least THEIR products are as advertised.
