I recently went into a AT&T corporate which handles Cingular Wireless phones in the River Oaks mall I admitt I'd just gotten off work so maybe my appearance was a little shabby and so was the young man accompaning me whom just happens to to be causasian,we noticed that there were already 2 customers there and were willing to wait but 38mins is a bit much, there was a young man who was helping 2 ladies who really just wanted to know about all the phones and a lady whom couldn't retrieve here email but after the 2 ladies decided to leave without purchasing anything the young man went right over to help his female counterpart so I spoke up this young man immediately asked my employee what was it we needed as if I wasn't even there and he directed him to me at this point over 45mins had passed and for him to by pass me pissed me off. So I told him I was looking for 22 phones for my employees and the sales people on the phone recommended that I come in and check them out before actually ordering online but after his lack of professionlism I'd decided to take my business somewhere else ... You really shouldn't judge people without talking to them first..
