November 8, 2007 I sent for rebates on phones we received. They said we would receive our rebate in 6 to 8 weeks. Rebate was never received or never received in the form of a check, which we expected. We have never got anything for a rebate to the best of our knowledge nor have we cashed or used anything. February 2, 2008 I send copies & letter to El Paso, TX Rebate Center, no one even acknowledged my letter. Again, I wrote to a manager at El Paso, TX Rebate Center, no one has acknowledged my letter. We are planning to phase out our service with AT&T in the future. We were required to pay up front & the promised rebate was a scam, one has to believe. I am not one to stop until my messese is heard by everyone possible. It may take me years, but this practice will stop, before I stop.
