horrible. the supervisors and employees don't have a clue as to what their jobs are about. i can't get a phone line installed. they don't care about honoring the times they tell you they will send a technician to your home. then they tell you a different time everytime you call and this is after holding forever and a day. customer service transfers you to repair which transfers you back to cs, which transfers you back to repair until someone invents a lie. the supervisors are no different. it's horrible and a shame. they used to be so good.
