I wanted to comment on my stay at the Marriott, which I was very unhappy and will never again stay at another Courtyard. First of all I made a reservation for a suite which should have included a separate room with a sofa bed. My reservation was original for June 1 thru June 8th but due to a change at the last minute I have to change my dates from June 1 to May 31 thru June 7th. I called the reservation line to make the change, and was told that neither my rates nor my room would change which turned out to be a lie.

I ended up with just a room for seven day with no sofa bed. After making numerous calls to your reservation line I ended up receiving $89.00 room rate, but the room was very uncomfortable for seven days. I later on requested a rollaway bed which turned out to be a joke, you might as well slept on the floor. Your hotel in Waukegan need some serious upgrades. I will never stay at another Marriott Hotel
