Lousy & Crappy Customer Service of SETON Australia

I would reckon anyone trying to place order through phone / fax to SETON AU to think twice.

SETON AU has the most crappy customer service. If you can find better supplier, forget about getting anything from them.

At first, I faxed my order & followed up with a call. They asked me to call back 15min later (they claimed that's the time it takes for the order to reach their e-mail system).

When I called again, they said never received it. Instinctively, I re-placed my order through phone.

When I didn't get any delivery on promised date (which is days later), I called to enquire. Initially, they said that my company hasn't been paying & there are many invoices not paid up. When I asked further, they put me on-hold for ages. When they got back to the phone, they claimed the reason my order was not processed was due to duplicate order.

I politely asked them why they hadn't call me up to clarify. I only not didn't get an apology for their mistake instead was brushed off rudely for some obvious dumb error made by the phone sales rep!

To the mgmt of SETON AU, give customer service training to you staff. They are very lousy! They don't even know who the CUSTOMER is!!
