Disgraceful Customer Service

It's a simple transaction. You order a phone, they put it in a box, they send it to you, you pay for it. What a bunch of HORSE@!#$. One hour on the phone with "Customer Service/Sales" to order three phones. Sure Miss, we'll ship it to your office. Again, HORSE@!#$. Sent one of the three phones to the home address (where I am not, hence meaning two hours on the phone with FedEx trying to reroute -- with no success I might add). Two other phones -- nowhere to be found. And the one phone that did arrive was not billed at the price we were quoted -- SHOCKER. Another 2 hours on the phone with AT&T to be told it's a policy to send phones only to the billing address. Yeah, right - and where can I find that policy. Conviently, useless representative #5 does not have that information. Two more hours on the phone trying to figure out what the heck happened to the other two phones. Oh Miss we never had that order. Sure, someone will call you. Again I say - HORSE@!#$. Oh we'll give you a credit -- NOT!! Refuse to compensate me for all the time and effort on the phone -- have the GD NERVE to call me on my CELL PHONE and use MY MINUTES that I'm PAYING FOR only to tell me they will NOT resolve my issue. Continue to use childish stall tactics and keep apologizing for my inconvenience while all the while NOT RESOLVING MY ISSUE. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Since AT&T bought Cingular they have done nothing but destroy what last shred of Customer Service they had. I'm disgusted. Switching to another evil cell phone company at the end of week. Better Business Bureau, Attorney General and any other complaint option I can find. What a way to spend my Turkey Day -- unleashing my wrath on the latest in a string of greedy corporate whores. AT&T is disgraceful and should be ashamed. I hope they choke on their cash. Won't be my money anymore.
