The new format of AT&T of my web page for some reason caused the internet explorer to relate "an error has been encountered and you have been disconnected from the internet" when I try to send an e-mail. If I have to spend an hour or more trying to correct the problem with someone from India that I cannot understand, I think I'm going to switch to another service. The service is becoming unbearable.
