Dont ever go for Zeenext Broadband service. I would suggest to use dial-up instead of using Zeenext Broadband. Their service is a big joke.

All i can say about Zeenext it is, that it is one of the worst broadband connections to have. They are very unreliable and the connection is always disrupted on many occasions. There customer service team is the worst, and always full of attitude. Because Zeenext connection is the only one available in my area, i have no choice, but i would never recommend ZeeNext to anyone.

ZeeNext is a waste of money.. and i just checked the plans.. they are one of the worst!! neither service nor price.. its just a mystery with what morality they offer this so called broadband of theirs! Dial-up is much better than their service.

Oh, and their technicians and customer service folks are terribly inept and their hilarious actions included:
1. Telling me they’re filing a complaint, but never actually doing it
2. ’’Troubleshooting’’ my lack-of-signal problems over the telephone by asking me to empty my browser cache and any number of other inane stock actions
3. Telling me my problem would be solved in 24 hours irrespective of what the problem is, whether the next two days are company holidays, and the fact that my problem never actually got resolved and now it is more than a month and the problem still exists.

My advice: don’t, for the love of god, choose ZeeNext unless they pay you at least Rs. 10,000 a month - not worth it otherwise
