It is amazing that United Airlines born in Chicago Illinois feels that customer service located outside the USA is the best service. Think again!!! Maybe if they would pay the CEO less money and put those resources towards a call center located in Chicago or any other US city they would be more profitable and offer their clients better service. This airline is the worst and no wonder it cannot stay profitable with the lousy management team they have running this airline...United Airlines offers the WORST service...Let them go bankrupt...THEY STINK...
