censorship of content in emailings between adults

about

the idiots at yahoo rejected forwarding a mailing about mcdonalds restaurants upscale marketing in europe for "policy reasons."

what policy?

where do I find the "policy" that entitles them to interfere with the content of mailing between adults?

what does it contain?

the only basis for rejecting the mailing that I could intuit was a reference INSIDE the mailing, obviously tongue in cheek, about "hell freezing over."
