I've had them out to my house 5 times now for my phone and they have done nothing to fix the problem. People complain when they call my house that they get a message saying this person cannot be reached, try back later.My phone goes dead for no reason whatsoever.My caller I.D. never works anymore. This is the crapiest phone service I have ever had. I do not recommend anybody to use uverse telephone service. All they do is keep crediting me for my phone but it doesn't make up for not being able to use it. What if there is an extreme emergency and your the only one on your block with a phone that doesn't work?? I wont recommend this service to anybody.
