I purchased an underconstruction flat at NL complex, Dahisar. I purchased this flat in january 2007. I was promised that i will get posession latest by september/october 2007. Till date they haven't given posession of the said flat.

There is no responsible human being working for NL who can answer my queries.

The second issue is, even after the government has issued a circular not to collect service tax, the builders are still collecting the money......(cheating people to earn more money).

Their head office is located in the town side and whenever we contact them, they respond back saying that the marketing manager at the site is responsible for the flat. When you happen to contact him, he is least bothered (or rather doesnt even know the ethics of customer service). Always he is very rude. I have wasted so much money on their property.

Last thing is that they dont even allow residents to see their own flat. They give all sorts of stupid reasons not allowing residents to see the flat. I would like to bring this to the print and electronic media. If someone can contact me that would be great.
