AT&T has truly given me the blues. First of all it has allowed collect calls to be charged to my phone, some kind of a way - which they have named crossed circuitry, which they claimed to have been repaired (and this even has yet to be seen). Any way, after a four hour wait and three different departments we seem to have cleared up the matter and the charges will be removed. So, hows comes it is that I have still paid for these calls? So far I must conclude that it is because they were able to charge it to the debit/credit card, because I have givin up until another time after being on hold once until long past closing, and several other times for two and a half to three hours, including the afore time mentioned, and I'm still on it. I need AT&T to tell me something. It is as though they are avoiding me by keeping me on hold: testing both my wind and my patience!!!
