what a joke-we booked rooms thru priceline only to have to cancel-luckily I paid for the insurance just in case-what a waste! Basicly the only way they will actually refund your money is if you die in the plane enroute and then only if you contact them personally.I will NEVER use priceline again.I spoke with the hotel immediately to make sure the room got freed up-they refunded money to priceline but priceline refused to refund to us.
