I has over 17000 roll over minutes and was advised to lower my package to use up my minutes and learned on my next bill the units were totally wiped out and I received a $1650 bill. No one has been able to help me correct this.
I will have to look for another provider at 23 years of bing a loyal customer.
It is so dissapointing to see a once consumer conscious company become a poor provider.
