Chronic tiling on all digital channels

Since Comcast took over from Time-Warner, we have had freguent tiling on all digital channels. We have had numerous service calls, many with different explanations of the problem. On June 11, the tiling was as bad as ever. I called for a serviceman on that date and was told the earliest would be June 14, in the afternoon.

This stinks. The service is chronically, frequently unacceptable and there must be somethng woefully inadequate about your equipment.

If my community association did not forbid "dishes" I would have been gone long ago.

You people should be ashamed. Buy good equipment and hire enough trained help. You charge enough.

P.S. For the record I intend to share my complaint with Bonita Springs and Lee County Authourities. You've had lots of chances.
