Milkshakes - lots of milk, no shake

I've ordered a milkshake from the Glendale, CA Baskin Robbins on two separate occasions. They are so milked down, they're useless. The taste is almost gone. No straw is needed, the stuff flows like water. No thickness anywhere. Buying a large for an extra dollar, apparently, only means more milk. You can get a better milkshake at a McDonalds or anywhere else for half as much. You'd think even a child could make one... Shouldn't an ice cream parlor be able to?
