Ever since I upgraded to Comcast digital I have had the tiling issue. I can't believe that I put up with it for over 4 years. The customer service reps on the phone don't even know what tiling is. Every time I called to report tiling, I would have to explain it to them. All the techs that ever came out would say do the same thing. They would first check the signal on my coax cable, and the signal was always fine. Then they would say the problem has to be on the telephone pole. They'd climb up the pole and eventually come down and leave never correcting the issue. On tech was even more candid and said your coax wiring is not the problem, the problem is Comcast.
I finally cancelled and signed up with Dish Network. I'm extremely satisfied with Dish Network, AND NO MORE DAMN TILING!
Stop putting up with Comcast, call them today and cancel it, and call Dish or DirecTV.
